De-burring blasting

Pressure die-cast parts from Al and Zn as well as pressed and punched parts etc. are de-burred by controlled blasting.

The degree of de-burring depends on the size of the blasting grain used and is defined by the parts geometry and the material thickness. We use blasting media grain sizes up to 1.6mm for this application case. De-burring happens in an even, reproducible process.
