De-burring, rust removal, paint stripping:
Serial production for sheets and profiles on continuous feed blasting plants. Here we process your components of diameters of 800 x 1200 mm and up to a length of 10,000mm at unit weights of up to 4 tons. In our blast rooms, diameters of 4000 x 4000 and a length of 13,000 mm and unit weights up to 5 tons are can be treated.

Tumble belt blasting systems – For forging blanks and pressed and punched parts we use tumble belt blasting systems. Stainless steel shotblasting medium, steel shot and wire grain in various grain sizes and hardness grades are used.
